Meridian 450
The one most people should own. 450gsm is the sweet spot for training volume here — it survives the rounds without holding half a litre of sweat. One caveat we would rather say out loud than have you find at the check table: Bone is an off-white, not a true white.
Our verdict
Lighter body for six-a-week training. Softer collar break-in, same seam reinforcement as the comp cut.

Competition legality
Bone reads off-white. Both federations specify white — officials have turned away cream and natural-cotton shades. Fine for training and most local opens; take a true white to a titled event.
