Youth Gi
The gi we get asked for most and have not shipped yet. Lighter than anything in the adult range because a child training in July needs it to dry overnight, and cut short enough at the cuff to pass a gi check rather than fold over the hand. Buy two if your child trains more than once a week — one gi does not dry between sessions here.
Our verdict
Built for the Abu Dhabi schools programme and the academies that feed it. Lighter than the adult patterns, reinforced at the knee, and cut so a child can actually move in it.
This pattern is not in stock yet. We would rather say so than take an order we cannot fill.
Competition legality
White is one of the three permitted colours. Youth divisions additionally require a woven fabric, which this is.

Black is one of the three permitted colours. Youth divisions additionally require a woven fabric, which this is.
Grey is not a permitted colour under either rulebook. Fine for school and training; it will not pass a gi check at a UAEJJF or AJP event.
